Add a Single Account Add-On

One per brand is probably common, but for example I have two brands each with three social networks— totaling two Facebook, two Instagram, and two Twitter.
There are a variety of ways to handle this-- Single account add-ons, second social set free if total accounts are under 7, or making a second social set less expensive than the plan with one set.

Ian: Understand what you're saying here Ian, but the intended use is for you to use 2 social sets in that situation. I know some platforms charge per profile, however we kept our pricing low for a full set of profiles so that it would make it easier.
As an example using your situation, with Buffer you would pay $12 (on the team plan) per profile so 6 profiles would be $72/month. With Pallyy you can do the same, spread over 2 social sets and it would be a total of $30/month.

Tim: That makes sense. It just comes across kind of like wasted capacity for people only using a few networks. (I wonder if "one brand" would communicate the intend better than "social set"?)

Ian: Yeah, understood! Some users may feel they're missing out on what they've paid for if they can add 7 profiles to a set but just have 1.
I've considered the term social set quite a lot actually, it's a tricky one because for some people that aren't a brand might get confused if it says "One Brand" or "One Client". It's hard to get everyone under the same umbrella in terms of the social sets - and from what we considered social sets was the closest we could use that includes everyone. Perhaps some better explanations on the page could be useful?

Great idea! I have one or two Facebook Pages that I schedule to from Creator Studio but I would rather have all my clients in Pallyy

Hey Haris,
Thanks for the suggestions. Can I ask a bit more detail on it, for example what's the use case in your situation? Like do you need to add 2 x Facebook profiles etc?
Cheers,
Tim

Tim: Yeah, exactly. Sometimes you might have a situation where you have one profile on Twitter, one profile on Facebook but two profiles on Instagram and that's where such a scenario would make sense. I see it often in the influencer space, where people have two instagram accounts to keep engagement high (i.e. a fitness model has one account for fitness model style pictures but then another account for more general daily life pictures)

Haris:
Sure, but in that case would they be posting the same content to both Instagram profiles? The issue with that is, getting flagged for spam - as most social networks frown upon duplicate content.
If as you say, a fitness model has 2 accounts - wouldn't it be better to have two social sets so that the calendar didn't become crowded and messy?

Tim: I don't think posting everything to the entire set is more common than picking and choosing from accounts. I have two overlapping brands, and I choose separately which accounts each post goes to.
For example, I try to post to each Facebook account once per day, but Twitter and Instagram can be more, and some products apply to one brand or the other, and some apply to both.

Ian: Yeah, that makes sense but if for example you add 2 Twitter profiles to the same set and post the same piece of content to both, you can have issues as Twitter will reject one of the posts as duplicate. I guess in this case you would have to change the content of one of the posts, but then that's another issue haha.
