Bug Reports

Would be nice to optimise if possible. It seams to be difficult to find the right companies when using the @. I need to double check if it is correct. Would be nice if you could see the logo of the company you want to tag.

This is a relatively small issue, but is an annoyance and I wanted to let you know. When I'm viewing my analytics and I click on a different section (ie changing from the profile section to the post section of the analytics using the menu on the left side of the screen), the scroll is not reset. So if I have scrolled down three times with the mouse wheel on the profile section, then switch to posts, it begins three scrolls down on posts and I need to scroll up to see the start of the report. I've tested this on Instagram and Facebook analytics with the same result. Happy to provide more details, but it should be fairly easy to replicate. Thanks for all you do! You guys are always pretty on top of bug reports and it's appreciated :)

Clients have been editing the caption [via the comments...] but apparently not all of the words she has written has been in the field. Now has to type it again. What is the character limit?

How will I know which company I would like to tag in my post when there are a lot of the same names showing up? Could you please fix this?

I changed my username on Instagram about a month ago, and the change still isn't reflected on Pallyy. My IG bio is also not up-to-date on Pallyy. I have refreshed the connection on the social sets page multiple times over the last month with no effect.

the new instagram grid version still shows the reels that i have hidden from it. It is really annoying and makes visual planning harder.

On the social inbox page, when clicking 'Next' through messages, the contact details aren't updating correctly.
