We've just improved how we display when your social set has a disconnected connection, making it much easier to see before your content gets published, preventing failed posts.
Whenever one of your accounts in your social set becomes disconnected we will display an alert in the left navigation. The button will take you straight to your social set where you can refresh the connection.
