Thanks for the suggestion, I'm trying to think of a way it would work easily because if we added labels to users & threads it may be a bit confusing.

What if we added an automation option, where you could apply a label based on the username of the incoming message? This way even if a user messaged from multiple platforms or multiple types (comment/dm/mention) it would still apply the label.

So for example, if the message username is "Nike" apply the label "Brand Rep"?
