We're looking into this.
It would help if someone could link me to a folder of files that they used when this happened, so we can test on our end also.
Can send link here or via live chat if private.

Tim Do you mean a link to a Pallyy media library folder - as we upload using drag and drop from local machine not sure how to capture this?
T
Tim
David Walsh: No sorry, I mean the files from before you upload them to Pallyy. If you had a link to them in Google Drive for example, I could try to upload them in bulk from my end to re-produce the issue.

Tim Understood. Next time it happens will upload the files to a cloud folder and send you the link. FWIW have had the sense that it happens in the latter stages of the upload process. Almost as if whatever processing is happening at the Pallyy end is interrupted. Usually uploading the 'failed' file just after a fail is then successful. We always upload sets of image files at the same time ( about 6 - 10 ) and when the problem occurs it's one or two files that fail.
T
Tim
David Walsh: Thanks. And then do you re-upload the ones that fail and it works 2nd time?
Also when it happens next, write down the date and time as that will make it easier for us to investigate too!
D
David Walsh
Tim Yes, it invariably succeeds at second attempt. Pretty certain there's nothing wrong with the files if that helps.
Will send link and timing details as requested when next we see it.
T
Tim
David Walsh: Perfect thanks David. We are investigating in the meantime anyway as we can see some occasional issues where it takes over a 1 minute to do the uploads when it should be much faster.
D
David Walsh
Tim Yes. Have also noticed this now you mention it. It can be over a minute for us. Usually we just leave it running and do other stuff whilst waiting but yes, it can take a
l o n g
time sometimes.K

Tim here is an example:
The first time I attempted to upload 11 files, only one uploaded. The next time, 10/11 uploaded, per video attached. One file is still missing. I was then able to upload this one on it's own successfully.
T
Tim
Katelyn Sinclair: Thanks for this! It will help a lot.

Recognise this problem. It’s less problematic than it used to be but remains a live issue unfortunately.

Yes this happens a lot to me too
